Frequently asked questions.

What types of dance classes do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of dance classes tailored to suit all ages and skill levels—from young children and teens to adults and seniors. Our programs include Ballroom, Latin, Social Dancing, Wedding Dance preparation, and performance-based classes. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer looking to improve your technique, we have group and private lesson options designed to meet your goals in a fun, supportive environment.

At what age can children start dance classes?

Children can begin dance classes at our studio as early as 4 years old. We offer age-appropriate group classes that focus on movement, rhythm, coordination, and basic dance skills in a fun and supportive environment. As they grow, children can progress through more structured classes that introduce ballroom and Latin styles. We also offer private lessons for children of all ages, allowing for personalized instruction based on their individual interests and abilities.

Do I need a partner to join a class?

No partner is necessary for private dance lessons. Our instructors will work with you one-on-one to tailor the lesson to your individual goals and pace. Whether you're learning solo, preparing for a special event, or simply want to improve your dancing, private lessons are a great option for personalized instruction and focused progress. Couples are also welcome! Whether you're getting ready for a wedding, anniversary, or just want to enjoy a fun and romantic date night activity, private lessons offer the perfect way to connect, learn together, and share the joy of dancing.

What should I wear to class?

For dance classes, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic or stretchy attire works well, especially for beginners. For footwear, dance shoes are ideal if you have them, but clean, smooth-soled shoes are also acceptable for your first few classes. Avoid sneakers with heavy grip or open-toed shoes, as they can restrict movement or cause discomfort. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for specific recommendations based on the class you’re attending.

Do I need to have experience?

Not at all! No prior dance experience is required to join our classes. We welcome complete beginners as well as those with some or extensive dance background. Our instructors are skilled at teaching all levels and will guide you step by step, making sure you feel comfortable and confident as you learn. We’ll tailor the experience to match your pace and goals. All you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun!
